SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTION FOR ELECTROLUX (A LEADING CONSUMER DURABLES MANUFACTURER )

Situation 

Electrolux had to supply blood cold chain refrigerators, blood transfer containers and related spare parts to blood banks throughout India as per Bilateral agreement signed between goverments of Republic of India and Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for supply of blood cold chain equipments.

The major constrains where, complex and inaccessible delivery locations, tighter delivery schedules throughout India.

Solution 

Aqua Logistics™ facilitated custom clearance of goods, exempted of duty under bilateral agreement between the two governments. Using hub-and-spoke warehousing to distribute the goods centrally from Mumbai to remotest corners of India. Aqua Logistics™ supply chain network was ensured to deliver of goods within stipulated time frame to remote locations such as Andaman-Nicobar, Lakshwadeep Islands, far-eastern regions etc. Aqua Logistics™ delivered goods delivered to almost 1200 locations covering entire breadth & length of the country having diverse terrains and climatic conditions.
