Mr. Bhupendra N. Shah holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and is a qualified Company Secretary. He has also done his ICWA and CAIIB. Prior to joining us in he has worked with Kilburn Engineering Limited and The Standard Batteries Limited amongst others. He has 37 years of work experience and has been associated with us since November 2008. Mr. Shah is overall incharge of secretarial matters and is also the Compliance Officer for our Company.
